1. Order Processing Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Domestic Shipping (UK):
    • Standard Shipping: £3.99 (3-5 business days)
  • International Shipping:
    • We offer international shipping to Europe.

3. Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at paige@zenauratoys.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us so we can open an investigation on your behalf.
