Welcome to the Zenaura Parent Guide.

Thank you for choosing Zenaura to be part of your baby's early journey. Every product has been thoughtfully selected to encourage sensory exploration, movement, curiosity and development through purposeful play.

Inside this guide, you'll find simple advice on how to use each product safely and effectively, the best ways to play with your baby, recommended play durations, age guidance, and tips to help you get the most from every activity. As your baby grows, you'll also discover new ways to use each product, allowing it to develop alongside them.

Our goal is to make playtime enjoyable, meaningful and stress-free, giving you the confidence to support your baby's development one moment at a time.

Zenaura Milestone Collection (0–6 Months)

The Zenaura Milestone Collection has been thoughtfully designed to support your baby's development from birth to 6 months through purposeful, sensory-rich play. Each item encourages your baby to explore using their senses while developing the foundations for future movement, coordination and learning. The toys are simple, engaging and inspired by Montessori principles, allowing your baby to learn through independent discovery.

What's included:

High-Contrast Visual Stimulus Cards

  • Supports developing eyesight.
  • Encourages visual tracking and focus.
  • Perfect from birth during tummy time or quiet play.
  • Hold cards around 25cm away from face and once baby begins to track slowly move image card from side to side then up and down.
  • Black and white from 0-3months.
  • Red, Black and white from 3-6months.
  • FYI my 9 month old still plays with these cards.

Baby Mirror

  • Promotes self-recognition and visual development.
  • Makes tummy time more engaging.
  • Strengthens neck, shoulder and upper body muscles.
  • Use as a stand to place the visual cards.
  • Babies are fascinated with faces and facial expressions. Do tummy time with your baby and look in the mirror with them.
  • If they hate tummy time this is a game changer!

Black & White Bell Ball

  • Different textures encourage tactile exploration.
  • Bell and crinkle sounds stimulate hearing.

Wooden Drum Rattle

  • The easy-to-hold shape helps babies develop their grip strength and hand control.
  • The gentle rattling sound captures your baby's attention and introduces cause and effect—I shake it, it makes a sound!
  • Rolling or gently moving the rattle encourages babies to follow it with their eyes. Slowly move Rattle about 25cm distance from face and so gentle tracking.
  • Picking up, holding, shaking and passing the rattle from one hand to the other strengthens coordination and dexterity.
  • Combining movement, sound and touch supports early sensory processing and cognitive development.
  • Place the rattle just out of reach during tummy time to motivate your baby to stretch, pivot and eventually crawl towards it.
  • This can be used throughout numerous stages and used at 6months+

Ring Rattle

  • Gently shake the rattle arlund 20 to 30cm from their face to capture there attention.
  • Slowly move from side to side to encourage visual tracking.
  • Pause occasionally to allow your baby to focus.
  • As they get older hold the rattle within reach to encourage your baby to reach.
  • Once they can hold it encourage them to shake it.
  • Pass the rattle over to different hands each time to encourage hand to hand passing.
  • Place infront of your baby during tummy time to encourage reaching and movement.

Wooden Bead Gasp Toy.

  • Easy for little hands to grasp, hold, shake and explore. The smooth wooden beads slide gently along the handle, encouraging babies to investigate movement and texture through play.

Wooden Disk

  • Let your baby touch and feel the smooth wooden surface while you describe what they are experiencing.
  • Place the disc in your baby's hands and encourage them to grasp, turn and explore it.
  • Offer the disc to each hand to encourage hand-to-hand transfer.
  • During tummy time, place the disc just out of reach to motivate reaching, stretching and pivoting.
  • Hide the disc partially under a muslin cloth and encourage your baby to discover it, introducing the idea of object permanence.

Wooden Cube With Bell

  • Encourage your baby to explore the holes in the cube by poking their index finger inside. This simple action helps strengthen the muscles used for pointing, supports the development of the pincer grasp, and builds fine motor control needed for later skills such as feeding themselves, turning pages, and eventually holding a pencil.
  • Encourage baby to shake the rattle to learn about cause and effect. 
  • Place the rattle infront of your baby to encourage reaching and racking. 

Shape Stacked Rattle 

  • Encourage baby to use index finger to show how to move each ring.
  • Gently shake the rattle so baby can learn cause and effect. 
  • Can be used 6months+
  • Encourages exploration of different shapes and movement.

 

Wooden Rolling Drum

  • Encourages reaching, pushing and crawling.
  • Develops hand-eye coordination.
  • Teaches cause and effect as it rolls and makes gentle sounds.
  • Can be used for 6months+

Wrist & Sock Rattles

  • Helps babies discover their hands and feet.
  • Encourage kicking, reaching and movement.
  • Develop body awareness and coordination.

Wooden milestone blocks

  • Enjoy taking photos of your little one whilst they grow! 


Short, frequent play sessions of 5–15 minutes, following your baby's cues, are often more beneficial than longer sessions. As your baby grows, each toy can be introduced in new ways, making the collection one that truly grows alongside your baby's development.
